Simple Shrimp Stir-fry
If you're a busy mom like me, you look for simple yet healthy meals. During the pandemic in 2020 I had three young children and a hardworking husband relying on me to keep them well fed. One day my baby was fussy and everyone was hungry so I quickly whipped together this delicious meal on my electric griddle. I cooked the noodles in water as directed and sautéed the shrimp in butter on the griddle. Then I added the noodles and cooked mixed vegetables to the shrimp and mixed together. Add seasonings and sauces to taste. Enjoy. Simple Shrimp Stir-fry 1 bag frozen x-small shrimp 3 packs shrimp ramen noodles 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 1/4 cup butter Seasonings to taste Cook vegetables according to package directions. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Saute shrimp in butter and add one packet of shrimp seasoning from the noodles. Mix the veggies and noodles in with the shrimp. Season and enjoy.
